sorry it happened to you.
unfortunately it is not easy to fix. you would need some Tools and alot of Patience. i've done this before, it was **** of a Work. you would need to drill a tiny Hole just like you do with damaged Screw Heads, then screw in something long so you can pull it later....
my Advice, bring it to the local Computer Store. they can probably pull it out for you.

Try not to damage your port or motherboard. Don't panic or things will get worse fast. I had a job once as a young man at a hotel. We used a 3-inch piece of band-saw blade to remove keys that had been broken-off in the door locks. It was thin, jagged on the tip, yet still sturdy. Expand on that idea.
Once it's out a bit, you can carefully grab it with needle-nose pliers.
