Dell Support Assist Broken
Hello,
It seems the Support Assist software is broken after the latest update.
It dos not download anything , cannot check for drivers and freezes.
I have tried to redownload the installer and reinstall and the installer fails as well saying "No internet connection", when obviously there is one since i downloaded the installer.

I have removed Dell Command Update for Windows Universal and installed Dell Command Update for Windows 10 & 11 and everything seems to be working fine now.
At some point Dell Command Update Updated to universal version which doesn't seem to be working on Win 10.

where exactly is "Dell Command Update for Windows Universal and installed Dell Command Update" on a freshly new imaged computer.

@sb-CJ actually I had the same issue yesterday, with a recently reinstalled Latitude 5290, but after I installed dot net 5 and dell command update, then restart and after uninstall command update and I could install Support Assist. Maybe it worth to give a try...
