Replace processor (CPU) with another
I bought a refurbished Dell Inspiron 3252 Desktop PC, that has a CPU apparently inside the Motherboard (don't know why) in March.
Last week, I bought a Ryzen (AMD) processor CPU; and I was trying to figure out how to replace the INTEL Pentium CPU (that was discontinued last year) with the one I bought.
Do I have to take it to an expert, or get a new PC?
I'm trying to upgrade the CPU on the Inspiron 3252.
I'll accept any opinions.

You will need another PC. A socket for Intel processors can not be used for any AMD processors. They are different sockets they don't fit.
Your Inspiron 3252 PC has Intel Pentium N processor built-in (soldered) to motherboard and a whole board with CPU is worth less than $30 usd (link below). This system is not feasible for upgrade.
