Catalog Management

I have just deployed OpenManage Enterprise 4.0.1 however when I check the catalog management, I get the error:

Execution Message
Running
Processing repository information.
Attempting to connect to repository.
Downloading catalog failed.
Unable to download the catalog file. Make sure that the remote repository is available, also if a certificate was used in the request, then make sure is valid.
Task Failed. Completed With Errors.

Has anyone experienced this?

Hello,

 

Yes the VxRail will work. When you get the engineer let them know you need Systems Management support on OME.

@DELL-Charles R​ Hello, thankyou for the reply. There is no firewall rules blocking any activities to the URL's. Its worth noting that i have an older OpenManage 3.10 instance on the same network and that can query updates absolutely fine? Perhaps an issue with the deployment? Or is there any configuration im missing?

Since this is a fresh deployment it may be worth deploying again in case there was any issue this first time.

Please let me know how it goes.

Do you have a service tag in warranty you can contact Support directly? When you get the engineer, ask for the Systems Management team and they can do a remote session with you to get a look.

@DELL-Charles R​ Ping errors on hostname however i can resolve DNS when discovering hosts

I have VxRails under Dell support. Do i just raise a ticket against that asking for OpenManage support?
