System or Administrator password to get back into system

Tried the three online fixes did not work. Jumper / Serial #/hdd code none worked. Bought the system at Canada computers Newmarket Ontario 404 plaza in 2023. A refurbished out of warranty 2019 OptiPlex 5050 SFF. Below is the pc information on the refurbished sticker attached to the pc:
