Cannot update Alienware area 51 bios
My cousin has an Alienware Area 51 desktop and it has bios A01 the current bios is A12
we got every update from the dell site and when we run the exec file in win10 x64bit it says it needs to restart and the it boots without updating the bios
please help

Enter the BIOS and check if your Service Tag is showing up there.
