AW 15 R3 - the speakers stopped working
Hi.
Turn on my notebook few days ago and don't heard any sound from speakers.
Headphones work fine - speakers not. Try to reinstall driver / windows troubleshot / Dell support assist. Nothing help.
All Dell support give me just one answer "call us". I'm not in US now, so this is problem for me.
Hope this is some software problem! Sad to know that 1300$ notebook have bad speakers...

Update BIOS few days ago (v 1.2.1).
I have only 1 device named (Speakers / Headphones - Realtek Audio).

Hi ,
Make sure the BIOS is up to date.
Open playback devices and make sure the speakers are set as default device.

If you right click on the Speakers / Headphones (in playback devices) and select test, does it work? If not then the issue will be the speakers.
