Anyone know where i can get parts for area 51 alx

Hey i am looking for this cable that comes from mio to front panel that for alien head 

Its a cable like 8 wires gies into a small chip and a flat cable comes from it to the alien head

I want that cable like the whole of it 

I donno if i can get it separetly or i will need the whole front panel 

If someone know where i can get it from 

And if need the whole panel also where frim and how much
