Alienware Area 51 R4 - Command Center Overclocking?

According to the Dell web site configuration/features page:

“(1) Super-powered and stable: Your machine is built to support two Alienware-defined overclocking modes available in the BIOS and has been tested by our engineers to ensure quality and stability.

(2) Personalize profiles: You get five slots of user-created-profiles, and the ability to modify CPU and RAM or dial in specific MHz, offsets and voltage. Plus a one-time validation process is built-in to ensure stability and ease-of-use.”

The first item is available in the BIOS.

From the pictures on the Area 51 R4 Features Page, the second item appears to be included as a tab in the Alienware Command Center.  Neither the Alienware Command Center 4.8.9.0 which came with the machine nor the Alienware Command Center 4.8.23.0 available on the Drivers and Download page support any type of overclocking feature.

Does anyone who has received an Alienware Area 51 R4 have this feature available in their Alienware Command Center?
