Dell Latitude E7480 Turns off suddenly without any low battery warning

Hi! Dell users! Hope all are good. I have dell latitude e7480 touch screen, core i7 7th generation. It has a 4 cell 60 wH Battery in it. In boot menu it shows battery health as Excellent. By generating battery report via cmd command. It show design capacity 11400 mHw and rechargeable capacity also 11400 mHw. Apparently I feel the battery is almost dead. The laptop works fine via plugged in charger. But when I unplug the charger, laptop cannot stay on for a minute through. Suddenly laptop turns off without any warning etc as if battery has been ejected/ disconnected from laptop like in old Latitude laptops outside batteries. One thing is for sure that the battery is dead but I want to ask that, is anything else? Which is leading my laptop to turned down suddenly without any warning? Please explain. Thanks

If you're seeing 11.4 Whr on a 60 Whr battery, it's pretty much dead -- at only 20% of its rated capacity, it's not going to allow the system to gracefully shut down.
