Can I upgrade my CPU?

Only by replacing the entire mainboard, and only if there's a model available with a faster CPU. It'll be a relatively expensive upgrade:
It looks like the i7-10750H is the fastest option this system had. They appear to be in the $300-350 range on the used market (try EBay).
