Getting support for Dell KM7321W keyboard and mouse
I'm trying to get customer support for Dell mouse but virtual assistant insists on providing Service Tag which Dell accessories do not have. Selecting "I do not have service tag" immediately ends the chat.
Using model number as service tag as per this page is rejected too.
How do I contact customer support for this mouse.
