Brand New Laptop Crashed and Broke Charger

Brand new Alienware 15 r3 crashed in the middle of a game, and then the (also) brand new charger stopped working. The laptop is not even two days old, and in the middle of a game the entire laptop shut off. When it rebooted, there came up a screen about Windows couldn't load properly, but there was no identifying error code. Coincidentally, when my laptop came on, I realized my brand new charger was not working either. After taking a volt tester to it, we found the charger was now completely dead.
