alienware area 51 alx cpu temp goes to 70c

Hey guys whatsup

I have got the alienware area 51 alx and it running with the water cooling 

I always watch the cpu temp and sometimes it goes more than 70c

Is that normal ???

I tried cleaning the radiator 

Tried applying new thermal paste 

Same results 

Tried to add anither fan on the other side ofthe radiator but wont work because there qont be a space if it because the end of the radiator is to close to the motherboard and wont have a space to put the fan

Air flow is perfect in the case 

I am out of ideas
